Do you offer international Shipping? 

Yes, we ship to most countries across the globe! There is some countries which we are unfortunately unable to ship to due to Customs restrictions. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Standard Shipping to all US orders. 

However, a flat shipping fee is applicable to all non US orders depending on country. 

Kindly note that in case of any refunds of the order, the shipping fee stays non-refundable.

How many days does it take to process and ship my order?

We take a time span of 2-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and inspected carefully, we then dispatch it from our facility to the shipping company. 

However, please note that under certain circumstances, a delay in processing your order might occur. This is especially pertinent during the holiday season when the incoming orders are at peak, and our team requires additional time to clear your order, ensuring that you receive the accurate order. 

Rarely though, but there is a possibility that during the peak times, the products ordered by you might run out of stock. However, if this occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would inform you right away if such an occurrence takes place. 

How long until I receive my order?

When you place an order on the website, you'll be given an estimated time of delivery at the checkout page. This time is an estimate of both the processing and shipping time of the order. 

1-4 business days for US orders

7-14 business days for international orders 

Please note that there will be substantial differences in the time of delivery, depending on your country of delivery. 

Is there a possibility of delay in the delivery process?

We diligently aim to deliver your products to you within the designated time period. However, due to immense traffic during the peak times, including holidays, please expect a delay in the delivery. This might occur due to the huge influx of orders, or sometimes, your chosen item may run out of stock temporarily. 

The tremendous number of orders during the peak season may also hamper the services of the Postal companies, and the customs may also require additional time to process and deliver the products. 

Hence, for confirmed delivery of your package before major festivals, please place your order before the final date mentioned on the website. 

International Deliveries 

International customers have a greater likelihood of delayed deliveries. The delivery time for standard shipping is not guaranteed and may fluctuate.

The estimated time of delivery quoted above is exclusive of the time taken by the Customs to process the order in the destination country. Custom regulations vary from country to country. Some customs may require more time and additional documents to inspect and clear your package, which results in a delay in the delivery.  

Delays in payment authorization may also lead to a delay in the delivery of your package. 

Am I liable to pay the import duties and taxes? 

For orders from countries outside the United States, the customers might be required to pay additional charges in the form of import taxes, duties, and custom fees for imports. The rate of these charges is determined by the custom office of the destination country. For more details on the applicable charges, you need to contact your local custom office department. 

Please note that the costs of the custom charges need to be paid to the custom office in your country. The total bill at the checkout is exclusive of any such charges. We do not take any responsibility for any charges associated with the customs in your country of delivery. 

How can I check my order status?

From the time you place your order till it reaches your doorstep, you can stay updated about the status of your package.

You will receive a web link via email to track the order status once you confirm your order.

Do you deliver the package to the doorstep, or will I have to visit the post office? 

We are aimed towards providing maximum convenience to our customers. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep by our highly reliable postal services. 

For standard domestic shipping, the packages are delivered by local services. For international orders outside the US, international postal services are used. However, a condition for international package delivery is to receive the signatures of the customer to confirm that the package is received at the other end. Therefore, we suggest choosing an address where somebody is available during the delivery hours to accept the package.
